THAC works with organisations whose people carry responsibility in demanding environments — where pressure is high, relationships matter and decisions have consequences.
International NGOs and humanitarian organisations
Leadership teams and country offices working in fragile and conflict-affected contexts: strengthening leadership under pressure, clarifying roles and decision-making, and integrating duty of care into everyday management.
Public institutions and international cooperation
Government departments, development agencies and international organisations working on complex policy and institutional challenges: strategy, strategic controlling and evaluation, governance and political analysis in fragile contexts.
Security institutions and reform partners
Security institutions and organisations supporting their reform: governance and oversight, organisational resilience, duty of care and the human factors that shape institutional performance.
Migration and asylum
Authorities and organisations working with refugees and migrants in Switzerland and Europe, where staff face sustained pressure and effective cooperation between institutions is essential.
Training institutes and professional academies
Institutions providing professional development in leadership, mediation, strategic management and conflict transformation for international practitioners.
Typical situations
THAC may be useful when:
- a leadership team needs to realign after crisis, transition or conflict;
- cooperation between teams, partners or institutions has become blocked;
- an organisation wants to strengthen governance, accountability or duty of care;
- a dialogue or mediation process requires careful preparation and facilitation;
- leaders need to strengthen their capacity to decide and act under pressure.
