Strengthen systems – what is anchored in procedures, responsibilities, resources and oversight.
Your concern
Responsibilities are unclear. Coordination between units or partners does not work. An organisation is under strain, staff carry heavy experiences, or the duty of care towards them – and towards the people the organisation serves – needs to become everyday practice. Public trust in an institution is at stake, including in police and armed forces.
